Crystal Renaud is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in healthcare over 15 years ago. She received her master’s degree from Southern Florida College in 2019. Prior to working at Aliva Balance Hormone and Wellness Clinic as your local health and wellness provider, Crystal worked in a variety of settings including family practice, dermatology, and medical aesthetics.

Crystal’s passion for holistic health and wellness started to turn her away from a conventional approach, as she realized traditional medications were only a temporary band-aid in many cases of obesity, chronic fatigue, diabetes, and high blood pressure. As an aspiring health and wellness provider, she began diving into research from a holistic/functional medicine approach and was amazed at not only the improvement in laboratory and diagnostic values, but at the symptom improvement patients were having. She herself struggled with many of the same symptoms as her patients, and was able to dramatically relieve her fatigue and brain fog, lose stubborn belly fat, get control of hunger, improve blood sugar control, and eliminate insomnia. 

Crystal spent hundreds of hours collaborating with other integrative and functional medicine providers, weight loss /obesity specialists, and aesthetic professionals. She holds many certifications and has experience delivering a multitude of Aesthetic, IV Therapy, Prescriptions Weight Loss, and Hormone Therapy treatments and services. Crystal has helped thousands of patients look and feel better over the years.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her two fur babies.
